Expo 3 Shelving

Expo 3 Galvanised boltless shelving system uses the same upright from our Expo 4 shelving system. The difference is in the unique shelf contruction which can offer shelf capacities up to 400kgs UDL. The design is based on a pair of shelf carriers and a combination of 100mm or 200mm deep panels to make either a standard duty or heavy duty shelf construction.

The Kwikrack deck support offers increased rigidity and performance for the larger bays sizes. The unique design connects the two face beams as well as supporting the chipboard shelves. Its clever design and the use of few components that just tap together make Kwikrack fast and easy to build with just a rubber mallet. Each shelf level gains its strength by having a beam on all four sides, which supports a high density chipboard panel that can offer capacities up to 280kgs per level
